Hey, I'm Ben. 

 

My friends sometimes call me Bennyboy...and this is my story!

 

For 20 years I was an Executive Director for Assisted Living Communities.  

I loved the human interaction and community development side of my work, 

but experienced a need for change after the stress of the pandemic and my discomfort at how healthcare is not Soul centered or nutrition based.  

 

Seeing so many changes happening in the world and healthcare model, 

I decided to make the big leap to becoming self employed.  

(It was pretty scary!) 

 

But I leapt, and I am so glad I did!

 

I find real purpose in making a healthy and delicious snack for humanity.  

 

 

For years, I have been making my own Savory Pepitas as a power snack for my

afternoon energy lulls, to keep me going at work or play even during times of high stress.  

 

 

Soul Seeds was born as a result of my loved ones 

encouraging me to follow my Soul and start making 

these Savory Pepitas available to the commUNITY.  

 

My journey started with joining my local Farmers Market in Hood River, Oregon.  

 

These original recipes always use Organic, Non-GMO Seeds and whole food ingredients.  

 

I am so excited and honored to be delivering this delicious, nutritious snack to the world!
